To promote social and educational research.

   To train and develop local human resources in the affected communities, for the diagnosis, analysis and intervention in the socio-educational field.

   To encourage agreements and conventions with official and non-official organizations promoting the construction of nets between organizations connected to the same problematic.

   To generate exchange mechanisms and reciprocal cooperation with organisms from the civil society in charge of infancy, adolescence and development issues in disadvantaged populations.

   To make the value of the actions implemented public, procuring to increase the individual and collective support of the actions, and the communitarian commitment in its broadest sense.
